Cape Cod - Plymouth MA Fishing Reports

Took Troy corsner and his 13 year old son Ben from maryland cod and haddock fishing today.The weather was the best of any trip this season however the fishing was not as good.Started off in the same area we fished the day before.The fishing was slow with no keepers after an hour and a half so we tried another spot with the same results.After fishing several more spots with all the fish under legal size of 24 inches we decided to go further offshore to an area called wildcat knoll.We caught a few keeper cod and haddock and decided to call it a day.The trip was supposed to be an eight hour day but since the fishing was slow we fished from 6-4:30.Again we have been seeing unreal amounts of whales on these offshore trips.
