Cape Cod - Plymouth MA Fishing Reports

We left plymouth harbor at 6 a.m with matt oulette and his crew from lowell.The weather was not too promiseing for an offshore trip and matts 85 year old great uncle did not make the decision to fish any easier for me.I decided to try and hide from the rough weather and fish an area called peaked hill bar which is only a couple of miles off of p-town.The fish were there but it was very difficult to hold bottom with 30 mile an hour gusts.We did our best and caught a couple of dozen cod that were all short of the 24 inch size limit.The crew was understanding and had a good day despite the lousy fishing conditions.
