Striped Bass fishing 5-27-06
Took allen Gilbert and his crew striped bass fishing at race point.We left the dock around 6:30 in dense fog.The ride out was calm but tense due to the fog.When we arrived we doubled up as I was trying to explain how to work the jigs properly.The fish were around 30 inches and it was a great way to start the trip.We had non-stop action for a couple of hours.The fishing slowed down in the afternoon but it was a great day on the water.The fog never lifted untill we were almost home at around 3:00p.m.
