What to Bring
Bring whatever food you would like, soda, water, canned beer or wine. Please NO GLASS BOTTLES, NO NIPS, or HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED.
Alcohol Policy- beer and wine is allowed within limits. Drunk and disorderly behavior is a safety issue and will not be tolerated! Any passengers considered intoxicated/unsafe will be required to wear a life jacket and the trip may be cancelled with no refund. Return to port for unsafe conditions or intolerable behavior are at the Captain's discretion and non refundable.
Sunblock, camera, sunglasses, extra clothes and rain gear. It can be much cooler on the water, dress in layers. Also, bring small a cooler to transport your catch home.
Please wear non-marking shoes.
Bottled ice water is provided on all trips.

Directions
F/V Fire Escape departs from Plymouth Charter/Party Boat Dock/Town Wharf. You may unload your gear next to the dock by Capt. John Boats, then park in the Memorial public/pay lot on Water Street.

Panko Encrusted Striper Bites
Preheat 1/2 inch veg oil in large cast iron pan
Cut striper into 1 1/2 inch kabobs.
beat two eggs, pour onto plate
on another plate, place flour
on third plate, place panko bread crumbs
roll striper bites in egg, then flour, back in the egg,
and then into panko.
Pan fry until golden brown, flip and repeat.
Season to taste, enjoy.
Grilled Striped Bass
Preheat grill
place striper fillet on foil, or diposable foil pan
lightly drizzle olive oil on fillet
season to taste
crumble Ritz style crackers on top
place on grill until it flakes w/ fork
